The Festival of Holi is a Hindu Festival that is also called the Festival of Colours. The festival occurs in spring to celebrate the season. The celebration involves people joyously throwing coloured dye and painting each other with paint. In 2020 this festival is celebrated on the 9th March. If this is relevant to your school community, this Art Lesson is one way to celebrate with your students. The lesson has been written for students in years 5-6.
